All services are performed with the highest level of professional care and expertise. Clients are expected to provide accurate information regarding skin sensitivities or previous reactions.
3. Liability Waiver and Release of Claims
By booking or receiving any services from Sam The CosmoBarber or Concierge, Contracts And Supplies, you (the “Client”) expressly agree to the following:
- Assumption of Risk: You acknowledge that grooming services, including but not limited to the use of sharp instruments, chemical applications, and hair system maintenance, involve inherent risks.
- Waiver of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, you hereby release, waive, and discharge Sam The CosmoBarber, Concierge, Contracts And Supplies, and all affiliated contractors and employees from any and all liability for personal injury, property damage, or other loss arising from or related to the services provided, including on-site or concierge operations.
- Hair Systems & Fibers: We are not responsible for any damage to existing hair systems, extensions, or scalp irritations resulting from fibers or maintenance products, provided professional standards were followed.
4. Barber Contracting
Contracted services are subject to the specific terms of individual service agreements, but are governed by the general liability protections stated herein.
5. On-Site Operations
Clients requesting concierge/on-site services must provide a safe and suitable environment for the provision of such services.
6. Acceptance
Your continued use of our website or booking of our services constitutes full acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
